​Impromptu Sketches

In these videos I tried to capture the process of planning from scratch a segment of an imaginary city.

The spontaneous sketches start as pencil drawings on dried tea bags paper glued to cardboard. Color markers are added at a certain stage. 

The loose stain marks on the original dried tea bags suggest urban features, much as existing facts on ground determine - or should determine- much of the shape of a city.
