3, Ruth Street - Greek Colony Neighborhood

Those two new buildings were built as an eight-apartments condominium in the Greek Colony, Jerusalem, a neighborhood characterized by old buildings built with Jerusalem stone. 

The building was designed to be consonant with the traditional Jerusalem architectural character, special attention given to the stone details. A  swimming pool was placed in the lowest level, below the underground parking lot. 

The existing old Eucalyptus tree and a gate were preserved.
