15, Negba Street - Katamon Neighborhood
The building was planned for two families in the Katamon neighborhood, a Jerusalem neighborhood characterized by old buildings built with Jerusalem stone.
The building was designed to be consonant with the traditional Jerusalem architectural character, special attention given to the stone details.
Most of the facade was clad using re-used stone, bought from demolished buildings in the area. The ground floor front facade only was preserved, =all other floors are new additions.
