15, Negba Street - Greek Colony Neighborhood
The building was planned for two families in the Greek Colony, a Jerusalem neighborhood characterized by old buildings built with Jerusalem stone.
The building was designed to fit the traditional Jerusalem architectural character, with a special attention to the stone details.
Most of the facade was clad using re-used stone, bought from demolished buildings in the area. The ground floor front facade was preserved, whereas all other floors are new.
