Municipality of Eilat (Competition Entry)


I like its main feature of this project: the building surrounds a "water" courtyard.
This shallow pool would mitigate the effects of Eilat's extremely hot and dry climate, and could be occasionally emptied in order to hold public events. Arcades form the outer skin of the building, protecting from the harsh desert sun and heat load on the building.
